after open,store in refrigerator and eat it as earlier as you can, but it can store at least one year will be no problem,
Moldy after less than a month, what did I do wrong?
Black Garlic should be stored in the frig after opening. It should be good for 1 month.or you can buy paste, the paste have low humidity, very hard to moldy,
